No Offer to Sell

Exclusions

The exclusions and limitations contained in these Terms and Conditions
apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Confirmation of your holiday
10.1
Once the itinerary and hotels have been agreed between you and Tours
India International, we will await your payment in full and in advance,
before confirming your reservation with appropriate Resorts/ Hotels,
House Boat operators, Vehicle hirers, Ayurvedic Centres and other
parties who will play an important part in making your Holiday memorable.
The months between October and March is when we usually have the
biggest rush of visitors, eager to see this beautiful country, and
if you have are planning to come on your holiday at that time, we
urge you to make your reservation at least 60 days prior to your
intended date of travel to Kerala. At other times we would again
recommend that you plan as early as possible, and not leave less
than 30 days between the confirmation of your holiday and your arrival
in Kerala. Needless to say, the earlier you book, more likely you
are to get a wider choice of accommodation.
11.
Cancellation Policy
11.1
Our cancellation policy has been designed keeping both, you our
customer and our business interests in mind.
100% refund if you cancel the entire booking 60 days before arrival
in Kerala.
100% refund if your holiday has to be aborted as a consequence of
an action that can be uniquely attributed as the directly and solely
to TII.
50% refund if you cancel the entire booking 59 - 30 days before
arrival in Kerala.
25% refund if you cancel the entire booking 29 -15 days before arrival
in Kerala.
No refund if you cancel the entire booking less than 15 days before
arrival in Kerala.
11.2
Tours
India International will not be responsible for delays or cancellations
in case of unforeseen or short notice of natural calamities, strikes,
bandhs, hartals, acts of God, force majure, etc and no refund will
be provided.
11.3
Tours
India International will make all reasonable efforts to overcome
blockages, obstructions or delays, caused by, but not limited to
matters relating to breakdown of transportation, difficult terrains,
illnesses, diseases, infections, injury, invenomation (introduction
of venom from reptiles, insects, birds, animals, mammals or creatures
in the Sea), Hospitalization, etc. and no refund will be provided
on account, but not limited to, any of the above. |
